I went up to a small town for the 4th with a friend who used to live there. It was so hot and sunny! We saw the little parade, swam in a lake, went from party to party socializing, and generally did nothing of consequence. Kona wore herself out too. The silver Birks were a big hit! Though we were wary of bears, the only one we saw was this little dude on an exit ramp coming back to the city! Happy weekend to all.
