When I got dressed today, I first pulled on a pair of plaid skinnies that I got last last winter, and took them off after a minute. I just wasn’t feeling the calf-sucking skinny look! I put on my dark burgundy Rag & Bone Dre jeans instead and felt much better.
I know Angie said she was not feeling tight skinnies anymore, but I didn’t expect to feel that way today when I got dressed — I’d kind of been looking forward to wearing some patterned pants, but they just felt so...legging-like!
I put them in my holding zone box in case I feel them later in the winter.
In the meantime here is my outfit today. With coat because I’m at the mall running a couple of errands. The Nordstrom bag is not new purchases — just picked up alterations of the Theory pants and a pair of jeans that needed a little bit of hemming. It’s hard to see in the photo but boots are patent burgundy Marc Fisher combat boots from a couple of seasons ago.
