I've been having a hard time fitting most things into the schedule, and unfortunately YLF is one of those-- I want to be on, but things have been crazy.

I interviewed for one job and was given another with more responsibilities (and people to supervise). My boss has been out of our very small office for several weeks and I got the word last week that she won't be returning for several additional months. I had been takng over most of her responsibilities, and now I have to take on more. Right now I am only working 40 hours a week, but I commute nearly 45 minutes both ways and don't have a paid lunch, so I'm gone 7 to 7 at least and just very very tired when I get home. I'm currently not getting breaks in an attempt to manage all the emails and scheduling.

I went from interviewing for an assistant position to running the project myself, and managing 3 junior employees as well as planning trainings and re-writing part of the project, doing all the orders and inventories and timesheets, etc. Plus, I found out that I have nearly 2 extra months of working days I need to fit into my schedule before October.

Hoping to be around more to help keep myself sane-- but I apologize in advance for anything that slips through the gaping holes in my brain!
