Just wanted to applaud Nordstrom's customer service (again). A couple of weeks ago I ordered the Me Too ruffle flats in Angie's blog today. After a free exchange for another size, they arrived yesterday (at full price). I called to see if I could get them for the new sale price ($30 less) since they had just arrived. And the answer was "YES"....no pause, no checking with the manager.
Fantastic!

And the shoes are comfortable too... I wore them for an 8 hour standing all day pharmacist shift, and noticed only a little rubbing by the end of the day!
