Sounds like a fun shopping trip!
I'm glad some people look good in the DVF wraps. I am certainly not one of them.
A cocktail break sounds like a great way to do it! I loved Nordie's holiday shopping party with drinks and hors d'oeuvres- such a civilized and relaxing way to shop!
Need? Since when was most of our shopping about need?
I bought and sadly returned the Steve Madden booties- way too wide for me. But for the right foot they are fabulous, and soft, and should be comfy.
If they came in Narrow they would be mine!

Oh, good to see I'm not the only one who loved these booties! I may go back and try them on... I was not in a shop-for-myself mood yesterday, since we were there for my friend.

Also it looks like the short-waisted hourglasses win the DVF lottery. Wow you all look great!

I don't get to shop with friends enough. It was so much fun picking up stuff for each other and having other sets of eyes to help in the fitting room! Like the YLF buddy system!

Those booties are SO 2014!

Sounds like a great outing! Wish you were closer so we could do a shopping trip together!

MaryK, you don't know how much I would love that! I'm thinking I may drop down there on one of my weeks off in fall....

That sounds like lots of fun! Especially the part with the cocktail break. I'm thinking that may need to be part of my shopping routine.

I've never tried a DVF wrap dress, but I have a sleeveless DVF mock wrap I wore for my wedding shower that I think looked pretty good on me, as do wrap dresses in general. I'm a pretty extreme case of short-waisted curviness, though, so that may explain that (and kind of helps in terms of compensation for the multitude of things that look good on other people, but not me).

Cute booties too!

Well, now I know why I hate shopping. I've never had a mid-shopping cocktail break. Next time...

Wow, Janet and Mo look outstanding in their wrap dresses!

I bet helping your friend spend a $1000 gift certificate was fun! As for the DVF wrap dress, I love any kind of wrap dress, they are my favorites...but last year when I tried on a DVF, it was open to practically my navel (how does that happen!) and the skirt stopped well above my knees. I looked positively "ready for business" if you know what I mean! Nothing like the models I see wearing them online. It would have made the perfect wrap tunic to go over leggings!

Janet & Mo -- you ladies look perfect in yours!

That sounds like so much fun. No wrap dress for more although the others who posted look fab. I love the booties and I now really want the blue ones...although I have no idea what I'd wear with them.

Another one who cannot fill out a wrap dress properly. The shopping trip sure sounds like it was a great time though. And def. try those booties!

The booties are one my my big purchases for the season. They actually FIT my wide feet!
