Absolutely I'm sure Nordies will try to help, especially if you have not worn them for very long. NAS was not that long ago, and most of us are only now starting to wear our NAS goodies.
I did see a young woman go to Nordies last spring with a pair of premium denim jeans that she had worn holes in the inner thighs (on both sides). She brought them in for a refund, saying they were defective. She had purchased them one year and 4 months earlier. It honestly looked to me like she had bought too small a size and her thighs had just rubbed holes in them or something. She was also a bit brusque in her request. The SA hesitated, saying she had purchased them quite a long time ago, and that she would have to discuss it with her manager. I don't know the outcome in that case. But I think Nordies does have some (reasonable) limits on returns/exchanges!
