I found Jenn's post from a couple of days ago regarding the same issue

Hello,

I received a couple of items from Nordstrom that I would like to return.
The "purchases" page has changed and there is no way to start a return for any of my recent purchases, only for older purchases.
Anybody else who has encountered this?
I can't find the packaging slip for this order, or I would return it the old-fashioned way.
