I looked at my wish list the other day and noticed that some items had been reduced, so I decided to place an order. I added all of the items directly from my wish list and placed the order. When I got my order confirmation, I noticed that one of the items was full price, so I chatted on line with a CS rep. She told me that there was likely a website error and that she would process a price adjustment if I sent a copy of my wish list.

So, I sent the copy and got an e-mail back that they will not honor the price as the item "is not on sale yet". It is STILL on my wish list at the sale price! I sent a note back to them - we'll see what happens.

I'm so disappointed. I opened a Nordstroms charge just last week when I was in there and now I'm not so sure I want to shop there anymore
