Nordstrom Rack is using Lasership for shipping... Not impressed. My current order of 4 items is missing, none of the items are still in stock in my size.
When I called I was told that they would credit me for the missing package after it was missing for at least nine business days. Yikes. I would actually call this the bare minimum in Customer Service, and am a little surprised they aren't using UPS or FedEx!
