Nordstrom online returns - how long does it take

I"ll be carless for a few days and am wondering if I should return items by mail. Anyone know how long it takes for them to process returns?

They are usually logged back in 2 weeks. However, every once in awhile it has taken months to get a credit back. Just keep a close watch. Lately no issues.

Yeah, in 2 weeks or less is a pretty good estimate, I'd say. If you used a Nordstrom card for the purchase, it's pretty seamless. I've never had a problem.

It takes a fairly long time (compared to other online retailers, like Nordstrom or BR). 2-3 weeks at least.

FYI, if you have a Nordstrom Rack nearby, you can return regular Nordstrom online purchases to the Rack. Just do it within 30 days.

I put a pair of booties in the mail on 10/25, and got the refund email on 11/5. So 11 days?
