No show socks in style?

I'm going for that super preppy look for a brunch event later this week! The girls house I'm going to always makes everyone take there shoes off at the door! Is this a cute look... didn't know if the No Show socks were a preppy look or girly look... Thanks

To be honest, I feel there's some sort of irony in showing no show socks, but they're fine. Lol.

I do always plan ahead to wear no show socks (cotton or lacey or fishnet) if I'm going to be asked to remove shoes--just seems more sanitary and courteous.

These are tricky situations sometimes. I think they would be fine - and I also think clean bare feet with a nice pedicure would also be no problem.

If you wear slippers at home, and get cold feet otherwise, you could probably take them with you. Otherwise, bare feet are fine (as long as they're clean).

In my circle of friends as well as my neighborhood, we have always had a "no shoes inside" rule. Most everyone is either wearing socks or carrying a special pair of slippers or socks in their bags. I have to say, my socks have never been dirty afterwards at any of these homes.

My friends and I also practice a no shoes rule when visiting. If i am wearing shoes with some sort of sock or stockings it is shoes off and pad about in socks/stockings. However if I am wearing sandals or no socks I always have a pair of low cut socks in my bag to slip on. Don't mind taking off my shoes but prefer something on my feet

I trust the flight was good.

To be honest, I would go barefoot. I say this not because there is any problem with the socks, I just have a hard time keeping them on my feet. I would fidget. Otherwise you look perfect. Have fun.

Let me amend my statement. You do look cute in your socks. Wear them if you are comfortable in them.
