1) Nordstrom: ur doing it wrong, and u would be me. I went to the store this weekend and 'accidentally' bought a few things. Also have an appointment Thursday morning in Encore for NAS. Fortunately several of the things are going back, I've determined, so I don't have to sell myself into servitude quite yet.
B Among other things bought home a cute knit top in a print I love that is totally the wrong silhouette on me. I can't wear cowlnecks, especially sleeveless cowlnecks, and I know it, yet I bought it anyway. It looked so much better in the mirrors at the store than it did at home. Why is that?
iii- Took a bunch of mirror pics of the newly purchased items, and some of the things I'm thinking about taking to the writers' conference I'm going to in a couple of weeks. Ugh. I was going to post them here and get opinions but yikes.
4. So apparently I have a duplication problem. I brought home a coraly-red cardigan from JJill that is a near twin to one I already own, only difference is it's slightly longer with longer sleeves. This is not mentioning the hot pink cardigan I already own that serves the same function.
4b - on the same theme, Nordstrom had a denim pencil skirt on sale that I bought. I previously had - um, let me go count - 6 denim skirts. They are all different, and I do wear them all, but I'd probably wear some more if I didn't have so many. Oh, and that's not counting the one that's in my sewing area right now waiting to be dyed, or the two I have that are colors other than blue. I think I need a denim skirts anonymous program.
V Nordstrom was selling a Michael Michael Kors knit top that was literally two rectangles with a hole at the top for your head. For a hundred bucks.
