The shiny shorts occurred to me this afternoon! But I'm thinking they may be more delicate than the venue.

I'm in North Florida and it makes me sweat just thinking about wearing that leather skirt to an outdoor concert this time of year! Just sayin...I vote shorts! You know you rock some shorts!

Beewee, yes, it will be hot for sure! Thinking my hair up off my neck for starters . . . and I think (will have to look it up) our section is under an overhead awning.

I like the idea of shorts - leather sounds hot to me as well.
As an aside, DH are going to the LA version of this concert on our anniversary!

F21 twist skirt and graphic tee?

I would be worried about wearing anything I have to have dry cleaned or take special care around (such as leather) at a concert. Have had too many beers or drinks spilled on my good boots and such I guess. I like the rocker chick top with shorts or denim mini though. And shoes that can get stepped on or are at least comfy.

I've also had a bad experience with getting beer spilled on me at a concert... that was the last time that I ever wore something dry clean to a concert. It's a seated venue, so the crowd should be sedate. I'd go for the shorts and rocker chick top. I wore shorts, a nice t-shirt and closed toe shoes when I saw NIN and Jane's Addiction a few years ago.

Ah, yes, I've had beer spill, too. I've probably been the spiller and the spillee both!
I showed 3 skirts to BF last night, the silver Balmain, burgundy, and a TR denim mini. The denim got an immediate, "you know what I think about denim skirts" and the Balmain got a "no" So I put a bid on the burgundy, by default lol. I like them all, so it actually helped to narrow my choice. I know I'm on No Buy July but it's out of country and waiting until August 1 would have it here after the show. Not very smart shopping, that.
I may not even win the bid, at which point I'll do shorts instead of the leather skirt most likely. Having the faux leather straps for the tank gives me the little edge I was looking for.

And Una, can you believe I don't have a graphic tee? I looked for a year. I almost put a F21 order in 2 months back and again got to loading a cart yesterday. I must be picky or something because I want one that feels authentic to me and not just kitschy or worse, poseur.
