Nine West dress - too short for a tallie?

Ok I have LOVED seeing all you guys sport this dress. It looks amazing on everyone and I am seriously getting dress envy.

Do you think a size 10 would be too short for me at 5"10 though? It seems to be the right length for the more petite heights when in a smaller size, but how much more length would a 10 have?

I just measured my dress. Along the back seam, it is 37.5" long. Mine is a size 14, so a size 10 would probable be a little shorter.

Try measuring one of your dresses which is a good length to see how it compares.

I'm not quite 5'6", and my dress is a size 8. It hits a couple of inches above the top of my knee cap. I don't know how much extra length you'll get in a 10. It depends where you want it to hit. :o)

I tried this dress on at Macys and it was SOOO short on me and I am 5'10" too. I wouldn't be able to bend over in the dress.

Yep, at 5'5" the hem is about an inch above my knees.

Just think of all of those lovely looks you can wear that make the rest of us look stumpy!

That's too bad, Tam- it would have looked great on you. Maybe you will find a similar style that is a bit longer. I'm only 5 foot 5, but I have a hard time finding summer dresses that are long enough- it's crazy how short these girls are wearing their dresses these days.

Thanks for the feedback bethw. Many Khris, if you have trouble finding knee length dresses at 5"5, what hope do I have? Eeek!!
