The first two outfits--charcoal pants with a white V neck sweater. One w/a chain belt one w/out. I love the belt, but I dont think that's the right kind of sweater to wear with it. Too short for a low slung belt I think. But it looks worse w/out the belt.

Third photo--skirt, green and white tank white cardi.

Fourth photo-- black dress slacks, purple ruched neck top with colorful blouse underneath. Is the neckline of the purple too wide to wear with that striped blouse? It looks weird to me to have so much the blouse showing. Oh and those are my favorite sandals in the world. They are Me Toos, and they are all beaded and shiny. I know they look really uncomfortable, but they are not. I can walk all day in them.

Nicole, all the outfits are cute, but the second one is especially great! I love everything about it! I think that outfit one looks better without the belt. And for the third one, I believe the neckline is perfectly fine with the shirt, I actually like when more of the shirt shows. And the sandals are gorgeous!

Nicole, cute outfits. My favorite is the skirt outfit. I really like your open toe shoes with the skirt and your nicely painted toes ;). I don't think your purple top outfit looks weird with so much blouse showing. I'm no authority, but I think it looks nice.

My faves are #2 and #4. I don't think #2 looks worse w/o the belt at all. The last one looks great, the neckline looks perfectly fine to me and I like the little bit shirt peeking out at the bottom.

My fav is #4!! This is a very slimming look on you - don't ask me why. Color is great on you, the collar under sweater works very nicely, it's a great shirt too. Love everything about it.

Second fav is the skirt... you look good in skirts!

As for the belt, I love the belt. I just think it needs to be up higher instead of at your hips. Even just a few inches higher, and maybe with a sweater that doesn't have a band at the bottom?

It is a really *awesome* belt. I dunno... if it can't adjust... could you try wearing it as a really long necklace?? Hmmm...

If you do get it to work as a belt, I am thinking I would wear different necklace or no necklace, and fab earrings instead. The necklace is kinda competing with the belt.

I love the 4th outfit - nice layering! I also love the belt, but agree that it would be good to try with different looks, maybe a longer top? I think the skirt outfit has nice shapes, but I find it a little bit light in color; I'd replace either the white cardi or the beige skirt.
Good pants and shoes!

#3 and #4 are fab! I especially like #4. That is a VERY good layered look for you. Perfect. You look deliciously hourglass-y!

The white cardi is very pretty and works well with the celery green top. Do you have a denim skirt? Gorgeous belt, does it adjust? Would look nice over a drapey blouse. Super shoes and pants!

Please try “bubblegum beads” or the likes thereof. I think you might like the look of them once you find a strand of bead widths that you prefer. It’s another dimension to the signature Nicole necklace (“SNN”).

Love #4!! Something about that color combination really works for you. Then #3. How about that great watch with the orange strap! Really fun. LOL are you going to try " bubblegum" beads? aka here as "gumball beads"

Wow! Thank you all for your suggestions and ideas. Its funny, because sometimes I know something doesn't look right, but I can't put my finger on it. And you guys are so good at helping me pin it.

Yes the belt is adjustable. Shiny, great point that the belt was competing with the necklace. You are spot on! I really didn't like that first outfit (with or w/out the belt). I didn't even want to post it, but I wanted to figure out what was wrong with it. The pants have a pinstripe that you can't see in the photo--I was hoping the white top would keep the whole thing clean and simple. There's a fine line between simple and boring though.

Angie, yes I do have a denim skirt. It was bought before my YLF education...so it's not as dark rinse as it should be. It is fine for casual, but not to work. I'm going to Macy's today (to look for white jeans)--I'll see if I can find a dark denim skirt--maybe a slight A line for you!

My mistake on the gumball beads. *blush* I knew there was some gum analogy there. HA!

my fav outfit is #3 ..a darker shade of the skirt would look great with the top and cardigan as Angie suggested with denim but I think you look very pretty and youthful in the skirt. Thats my bias though..i love the cute factor that comes with skirts and dresses
My next fav is #4 esp the layering of the blouse and the purple top.
