I thought the pet-lovers here might like to see the new addition to our family. Meet Sunny! She's a Catahoula puppy, a breed known for herding, which is great for my husband's ranch. Well, in truth, I haven't even met her yet -- my husband got her in TX while I was away in Antarctica! So now we have doubled the number of animals in our family, including Dusty the cat, who likes to double as a scarf (pix 6-7).
Clearly, Sunny has made herself quite at home with the pugs, and they are all having fun on the ranch, even in the mud!
