As many of you know I've successfully lost all but ten pounds of my goal weight and have been stuck for a good chunk gaining and losing the same three pounds over and over again.
I was resisting my WW leader's recommendation to just go ahead and claim my current weight as my goal weight. Well after 6 weeks of sinus pressure and migraine mornings and missing meetings, I went back and had again lost the three lbs and was at one pound below what WW 's healthly BMI recommendations are, so I pulled the trigger and claimed it as my goal weight.
That was two weeks ago and I have gone one pound lower than that and am excited as I am in the mindset that I have to stay below the lowest number in my three pound saga. New present goal is to go down even farther, after all the holidays are coming and I need a cushion... so I just may get to that final ten after all.
Regardless, In four weeks I will have been on maintenance for the required 6 weeks and will earn Lifetime membership with free weigh ins and meetings as long as i stay at goal or below. Planning to finally do a blog post of my before and afters. I've lost a total of 50lbs so far!
