Well, there really is a ripple effect in our lives.... In September when my husband's company punished him by not letting him work for 9 days for asking about a quality control issue that resulled in a loss of income to him, a ripple went out among our freinds and family.

For someone on full commission to lose one third of a month is sure to outrage those who love us! A freind of my husband's found a job that he knew would meet our needs and be better for my husband. After 3 weeks of beggging him to go look at it, my husband finally did so just to shut him up.

He went sketpically, believing he would not find anything worthy of his time ,but after leaving came home and said to me, "I am trying to find a reason to stay at (Company Name).

With three of our children off to different colleges and graduate schools coming up this August and leaving just one at home this job will allow my husband the one thing the previous one could never do and that is Priceless time with his family.

We just can't believe how this happened and are sad to leave the company that has been like family to us, but is changing in ways that are not healthy.

With this and celebrating my son's 18th birthday, we are on cloud nine!
