Hello anyone/everyone! I'm completely new to this site and don't really know how it works. I'm in the UK so first things first, are other people here in the UK too?! I see quite a few posts from the US!

Anyway, came on to get some advice, inspirations, ideas! I think I'm an apple shape, about 5'3", a UK size 12/14 (more 12 now having lost about half a stone recently) but still thicker around the middle. At 43, hard to shift this bit! I have long-ish legs (for my height, 30-31 inside leg) and from hips down never seem to change, slim. It's the middle that bothers me!

Where do I find info on body shape, to check what I think is right?!
