I was given a friend's open cedar wine shelving a few months ago & rigged it up to be my 'walldrobe', making a little more closet space for my husband.

I keep shoes, tees, jeans, and accessories here. (I don't have to worry about light damage because our bedroom has north facing french doors and only very high & indirect clerestory light from two sides).

I've tried grouping the scarves lots of different ways & only today hit upon color families. And the weirdest thing is that completely balances them out!

I feel ready to add new scarves with confidence that I'm not repeating colors or patterns and I love the crayola-box effect of seeing them all at once when I'm making an outfit.

I admit, it's out of sight out of mind when I store things in drawers and trunks. Anyone else have that problem?
