Welcome from another newcomer, Bibi!

Welcome Bibi. It's always nice when we get new members from different countries. Being interested in fashion, in my books, is not just about shopping or creating outfits; I know that I was originally drawn to the site just because I like talking about fashion and clothes with others. But, I will admit that hanging around with this fashionable crowd has definitely improved my overall look over the past few years.

Welcome, Bibi! So glad you joined.

Welcome Bibi. I enjoyed reading your post and I feel you make a great point about wearing what you have. We do not need masses of clothes to enjoy fashion and share our interest with others.

Thank you very much for your warm welcome. You're truly one special group.
Thank you Ramya,Rachylou,Susie,Gracie,Gaylene,Debora,NDMom and Mia.
NDMom, you're super mom!

DobreDan and welcome to YLF, Bibi! I love Downton Abbey:-) Hope you'll feel pleasure and many interrests in joyning this forum! I too was lurking a lot before signing properly in, but then could never leave again:-) Enjoy the warmes and most helpful community in the cyber space ever!

Oh, thank you Lyn67, Dobar den to you too!

Hi, and welcome! I'm from a small European country too (Естонија) Your English is really good, actually, definitely no need to apologise for it!
I can relate to your situation, I was unemployed back when I found YLF, so without much money for clothes as well. I do have a decent job and income now, but I still prefer to have fewer clothes that I love and wear all the time.

Would learning to sew some of your clothes yourself be an option? I've tried to do that myself, but I'm pretty bad, nay, horrible at it And if fabric is expensive, then this might not even be cost-effective anyway.

Welcome, Bibi, so glad to see another minimalist-not-entirely-by-choice here.

By the way, you inadvertently corrected my misunderstanding of the television series you mention. I'd heard of it, but thought it was DowntoWn Abbey, and from that thought it was a soap opera. When I saw your user name spelling, I looked it up and learned that the show might be something like Matador, which I enjoyed.

Thank you fieldmouse!I didn't know that you're using Cyrillic letters in Estonia, too.
I'm not good at sewing,unfortunately.

Thank you Amy! I'm not familiar with the series, but will be checking on them.

Estonian doesn't use Cyrillic, but we learn Russian at school, so I can read and write it. I had to look up the Macedonian spelling of Estonia on wikipedia though
