Well, today I went on a bit of a shopping spree. All for under $15!

Here is a breakdown of what I bought.

4 Stripped & Lace Camis from Old Navy - $1.97/each.
1 Black/Silver Patent Wedge Heels from Payless - $3.00/pair

Also, I bought another pair of shoes at Target. They are littled rounded-toe taupe flats. These I am going to return. They were one of those "Should I, or shouldn't I purchases?" where you end up buying them, bringing them home, trying them on with the intended-to-wear-with outfits and they just don't go right.

All in all, it was a success. And a nice, little stress reducer from studying for finals and finishing end of the semester work.

Has anyone else found any great finds lately?

Those sound like great bargains, and good for you for sticking to your guns about returning the Target flats.

In the past, I've bought something that was inexpensive even though it wasn't quite right, and then kept it because it was so cheap... and then I ended up with a whole closet full of items that didn't work at all. You sound like a smart shopper regardless of price.

You really scored some basics at great prices. And if you return the flats it seems you will be satisfied with your other purchases more - if that makes sense.
Maybe you'll come across the right flat soon.

I think I bought those Target flats in coral; Hannah has them too. I did consider getting the taupe ones but I already have flats in that kind of neutral. I do love the coral ones though!

Great finds!
I had two great find yesterday. I found a brand new ($60 tag still hanging from it) Hillard and Hansom (Mervyn's brand) tweed boucle lined blazer at a thrift store for $8. I'm starting to try and gather things for fall. Because of my on-going weight loss I won't have but a few warm pieces to wear. So, I'm looking for pieces that are too snug now, but will fit me then. ANyway, this blazer is the perfect cut and color (and just snug enough), and what a steal! I also got a really nice rayon jacquard scarf in beiges for $6.75 at Cost Plus.

Such great buys Kathleen! I bought a dark green bangle on sale last week (the shop was closing down). And a friend gave me a gorgeous scarf as a present. I'm over the moon with it.

I made the mistake of stopping by a consignment shop that usually doesn't carry small sizes. I bought a cute cotton skirt that is very "me" with multicolored embroidered flowers, a sleeveless orange skirt-length top to wear with it, another perfectly fitted top that will look great with my denim pencil skirt, a great pair of dark denim clamdiggers, a funky little graphic tee that's also a good length for wearing with skirts, and a brand new pair of cute Italian turquoise wedge sandals...all for under $80 total ..and some pieces from France. Now if it will just warm up enough to wear some of these.
