I bought this dress in the monsoon sale the other day. My thoughts at the time were, classic style, not black but very versatile, possibilties for dressing up and down. Now I am not too sure. As always my problem with this shoo is that I am between sizes. The top layer of chiffon seems a bit too big on me FRUMPY?!. So to return on not to return that is the question?! I think I have already made my mind up would value some honest opinions. Thanks in advance.
