New Pantone Colors!

Will be skipping the blues, yellow, and light grey- but otherwise good with me. Love the rainforest green especially! Not sure why she put that pale lavendar sweater with eggplant though.

Here’s the report. Everything except the white and pale blue look like fun to me. On my screen, the VF picks look a bit off, but YMMV.

So many pretty colors! I love the eggplant and like it with the lavender The orange, red and green are not for me though. I like the neutrals too. I agree that the colors look a bit different on the two sites though.

Ha -- I see the "palm green" is a bit chartreuse-like -- chartreuse was my unexpected oolour word for the year -- not that I have purchased, much less worn, a single item that includes chartreuse, after all. It's like my yen for chartreuse got diverted to also unexpected (for me) yellow and orange.

Predictably, I like the red and the white and blue and grey and plum!

Aventurine and plum are speaking to me, but truthfully I have never actually seen the pantone colors have any affect on anything. Perhaps related to my lack of retail buying.

Rainforest is my heart's desire, so it would be wonderful to see a few things in that hue. I have plenty of red, orange, and taupe, and the other colors are too light for me.

Some of these colours look very soft Autumn to me. I particularly like the greens too. I actually like the lavender and aubergine combination. I like those lilac shades and combining them with aubergine can make them work for me.

I like the green too. The green as more yellow in it making it warm. I have collected a few chartreuse and olive that are warm greens, and I will hope this one is well represented.

@Cat2 When I looked at the Pantone link, it shows me the New York Fashion Week palette, which is different colors! I did not realize there were different palettes for different parts of the world, but that actually makes sense, because these colors reflect the surroundings. But I am not able to pull up the London palette at all. Not even in Google.

Ironically, Sunburn is what my skin actually looks like it burns. But I also can't stop looking at it. It looks pretty close to Peach Fuzz, which I really do love.

I think all of these colors are lovely, but most of them are shades that will make me look like I'm dying of a Victorian illness.

Starlight Blue is speaking to me, and I have some jeans that close to Wave Ride in color. Misted Yellow is lovely, but I find I look livelier in a more saturated version of that yellow.

I'm reasonably certain I have Almond Milk and Storm Front represented somewhere in my closet already. We probably all do. I seem to recall Almond Milk was on a palette a few years ago.

Yes they're seperate palettes, though pretty similar. I like the palm green too!
