New MOTG purchases!

I finally managed to do some successful mom-on-the-go shopping (and I did it alone, with the Chickadee, no less--hooray for my Hotsling!). I'm pretty happy with the results but I'd appreciate thoughts and feedback, especially on the cropped cardi--are the sleeves too short?

Looking great Brianna. I loved the neck detail on the mustard top. And I have a red top almost exactly the same as yours - it is very versatile!

Hey, Brianna. Looks like some good finds. I love the yellow top and turquoise cardi! I like the white cardigan as well and think the sleeves are alright (not perfect, but not terrible). I like the neckline of the cowl top, but it looks like it might be pulling across the bust. Did you try the larger size to see how that worked? The color is very flattering and the neck-line is great, otherwise.

Your new purchases look great and now you don't have to worry about what to wear when you are in a rush with the baby. Good job shopping.

Aw, I love you guys! You're all so sweet. And I got a KILLER! So happy!

Angie, if you could clone me, I maybe I could keep up with the baby laundry! Hee hee. Let me know if you figure out how to do that. And guess who cut my hair? MIKE! He's done it three times now and each has turned out well (I cut his, too).

The yellow scarf is from H&M so it should be easy to find for those who liked it. It was $12. They have tons of other summer scarves right now.

Dani, I wondered that about the cowl top too. It doesn't come in a larger size and it would be too big under the arms if it did. I think it will work OK for layering, though.

san, those probably are Chickadee clothes in the background. They've taken over my house! It's amazing how much laundry one tiny little person can produce. The Chickadee and her birth mom are my heroes--such brave and loving people, both.

The clamdiggers are from Reitmans, which is a Canadian chain. They have this amazing design where the waistband is actually elasticized but so that it is flat, and the fly is faux. You pull them on and then you don't get any bumps under your shirt from the buttons and they're SO comfy. Amazing. They have all kinds of pants, shorts and clams designed like that right now.

I will post the baptism outfit on Sunday probably, or next week. I need to find a slip to wear under it first.

Chris, no sneakers yet--still looking! I wish I could find the Kenneth Cole New York "Runway Too" silver fashion sneakers that Angie showed in a blog post last year:

They're available on the American Zappos but not the Canadian one and would be my ideal choice.
