I am starting a new job soon and this dress code is more than business casual but not quite business attire, meaning that you cannot wear jeans or cotton pants but you don't have to wear a suit everyday.

My biggest struggle is that due to an accident, I can't wear heels. I am searching for inspiration on how to wear flats with almost every outfit.

I would love to see pics of skirts with flats, I always thought that skirts should be paired with heels.
