Supposedly it's based on legendary film costumer Edith Head. I tried it a bit, it picks colors for you based on your hair, eye color and skin tone. I think it was off, I got mostly earth tones. The dress options were pretty basic and it looks like you can add sleeves.
Didn't dig enough to figure out pricing though, because I didn't like my color choices.
