New AE jeans, slightly saggy in knees

I know there has been recent post on something like this, but I bought I pair of skinny jeans from American Eagle. I was happy to find a size 8 fitting me now. Just one size left to go! (baby weight) The only problem is that the knees slightly stretched when I wore them around the house. I have to thoughts...don't they have to do that slightly so we can walk and bend our knees? lol. Will I find a kind that don't and I can still move in? Any advice on this? Thanks!

If they are bagging out at the knees, they are likely to bag out further or in other places with more wear. I'd take them back. Unfortunately for the price, that is where the difference of premium denim can be seen- they don't bag and stretch. I recommend going to Nordie's or somewhere that you can try on a bunch of different brands/styles and then purchasing on ebay or an outlet liek The Rack.

I don't have that store around here, any other stores? I know people have been liking Gap jeans. Everytime I go they are out of the pair people liked. I think they were called jeggings. Oh the other problem is I won't be this size for a long time so I don't want to spend too much money.

Where they expensive?
If not I would keep these jeans until you loose all the weight and then go and find a premium fab pair of jeans!

I get my jeans on ebay for less than the price of Gap jeans. Go to any large department store or mall where you can try on lots of different brands.

I have the same issue for the same reason, but the jeans are super comfortable and I don’t think the slight stretch looks bad or even notable. I’ll have to start wearing belts though since I’ve lost my baby weight.

Funny--I was wondering what this post from 8 years ago was doing here on the front page. And then I sighed because yes, the knee sag is still real and (IMO) somewhat unavoidable if one bends one's knees!
That said, some jeans stretch/sag more than others and *for the life of me* I cannot figure out the secret: not related to price point, and even spandex content (which seems key) isn't the whole story.
