At 57 it is critical for me to get out in the fresh air every day, take a walk for 40-60 minutes to keep everything moving and get that feel good, happiness factor.

I have some young designer friends with a start up business I mentor who make a range of very cool casual wear, T-shirts and sweatshirt/sweaters mainly. Today I teamed one of my favourite FSL (Filthy Sexy London) sweaters, "Slumming It On The Kings Road" with VC PBL and my basic black Puffa style ski jacket.

The FSL collection, http://www.fslclothing.com/ is a fresh, hip, up and coming Brit brand many would say women like me in our 50s should give a wide berth; personally I love it and don't buy into age as a barrier to style. I would be interested to hear what you guys think and whether getting on in years should influence our clothes choices.
