Here's another "neutral" outfit from this week. The "secret" is that the top isn't very neutral without the cardi covering the colorful parts. I love neutrals and have a LOT in my closet, but for some reason I found this challenge limiting; I guess I don't like feeling that I HAVE to wear neutrals.
