I am on the lookout for dressy boots with a low heel - very hard animal to find.Add to it my hard to find size and necessity for them to be waterproof and warm enough so I can wear them in winter and it is indeed a tall order.
So I was so happy finding this Blondo website and finding quite many boots there in my size in different widths. I have ordered these Nalia boots in black suede to try. Blondo does not ship but they do it through another company.You pay shipping and I understand pay for the return but there is no duty because they are shipped from Canada so I decided to risk and ordered them.
Well, my happiness was short lived because I came home today to find email saying that my order was cancelled. I called the number and they said they are not in stock even though they still show in stock on the website. How can I find out when I place order if they are REALLY in stock? I need to send email to manufacturer (Blondo) and ask - I cannot even call them, they do not provide a number!
Arghhhh, what an excellent online service! Honestly I am tempted to order another pair just to check if this can happen again
BTW I really like these but they do not come in my size and 3" is too high for me
