I'm still in shock. My mum just called me and my cousin's pregnant wife almost died because the womb ruptured. She was six weeks before the due date, it's her second child. They went to the hospital because they thought she had labor pains and were sent home again. Then it got so bad that my cousin didn't want to wait and called the ambulance. Well, we're living in the country and there wasn't an emergency doctor on board. They did drive her to the nearest hospital but that almost took too long. The doctor later said fifteen minutes longer and they both wouldn't have made it. After they got the girl they had my cousin's wife in the surgery for three hours. She's going to make it, but it was a close call. Her daughter, Hannah, is breathing on her own and fairly active, but she has only 1900g and they don't know yet if there's permanent damage. I just pray that they both make a full recovery.
