Need ideas: stores w/ kids clothes that are guaranteeing Xmas shipping

I ordered one of my nieces a winter coat with guaranteeing shipping by Christmas, only to get an e-mail today telling me that it is no longer available. I would really like to get her a coat (she needs one), but I am having trouble finding places that are still guaranteeing shipping by Christmas. I know that Zappos, Macys, Saks, LLBean and Neiman Marcus are still guaranteeing shipping, but unfortunately none have exactly what I am looking for (a puffer that comes to mid-thigh length, preferably with a hood, in a size 3T--it's not easy to find!). If anyone knows of any sites that are still offering Christmas shipping, please feel free to post. I might get lucky and find what I want!

P.S. Sorry for coming in from nowhere and posting--I know I haven't been around a lot. I've been very busy with work, which is part of the reason I haven't been able to go out to stores and find something for myself.

Have you tried Amazon? If you don't have Prime, you'll have to pay for two-day shipping but I think you can still get it by Christmas. Also, maybe J. Crew if you choose next day shipping but that's probably $$$.

Here's what I could find (I love to internet search for specific things - don't ask me why)

Nordstrom's says Christmas Eve delivery is still available. Here's what they have:

Thank you all SO much! I checked out all of those sites and I really appreciate it. I completely fell in love with the black and white coat from the Gap, cciele. The overnight shipping cost is so much, so I'm going to call all the local stores tomorrow to see if anyone has it. If no one does, I think I'm going to suck it up and pay for the shipping. I wish their website let you see in-store availability as well!
