Hi! I'm back after a long break and in need of wisdom. I'm about a year post partum, and my pre-baby body has not quite returned. I'm only like 10 pounds up in weight, but much softer especially around the middle and thighs. Still mostly wearing the same clothes, except I have problems with workout leggings sliding down constantly even worse than before. And now that it's winter, my stockings are rolling down at the waist. WTF I can't be pulling them up all the time at work. What to do?? Thanks for any advice and recommendations.
