Need help with a silver necklace and shoes

I plan on wearing this top with a black blazer and bootcut jeans. I am plus size. What kind of silver necklace would you do if any and what kind and color shoes would you do to add some pop?

yellow shoes and a chunky pendant necklace that mirrors the neckline is my vote.

I might avoid a necklace entirely, given the pattern is pretty busy and the neckline should be pretty. A thick twist of beads to fill in the neckline if you feel it's too deep, maybe... Otherwise I'd highlight earrings and rings, probably.

A brightly coloured belt and shoes and bag in bright colours (yellow, orange, red, green, blue --- all should work! and need not be the same colour for all) would be fabulous if you keep the jewellery pretty simple or absent.

If you *are* wearing chunky jewellery, like Sarah suggested, you could also let them have centrestage if the pendant is particularly full of character --- in which case an animal-print bag, belt and shoes would add chutzpah without competing too much.

I like it! Being a necklace girl, I'd say a simple chunky silver or black or even clear stone would be nice with the vneck. You could do a large earring instead for simpler look.

For shoes or other colors to mix with black and white, I am liking bright yellow, red and cobalt blue lately. Y

I would do a pointed-toe heel (and make sure the pants are long enough!) and a necklace that was bold and fit completely above the neckline...and something sort of V-shaped so it mirrored the neckline.
