need help to help my friend

I have a friend who has been asking me for shopping help. But her style is so different than mine that I'm not sure how to help her! She's wondering where she should shop to find clothes like on her Pinterest page.

Any suggestions! Her style is much more arty, cutesy, and flowery than mine and I'm clueless. I did suggest Modcloth and Boden but beyond that... help, please!

Thank you! You all are amazing. I really appreciate having such a great list to suggest. As much as I love Ann Taylor, Gap, Banana Republic, and other similar places they just don't work for her. LOL

Brenda, another idea would be to go together to thrift shops and vintage consignment. These would be hit or miss but could be lots of fun and may yield some interesting treasures for your friend. Remember to ignore size and try on everything of interest.

Joy, I do encourage her to go thrifting but she HATES it. She did order several things from thredup.com that hopefully will work. That website didn't overwhelm her as much since she could narrow her search down by store/designer.

Oh, and I forgot to say we live in the USA.

Deb's list is mine too. I have found a lot of the brands listed at Lord& Taylor (free people). Also some Ralph Lauren items might fit her style and Coldwater creek comes to mind.
