Need help styling pants.

Hello, I recently bought these Lucy pants. They are quite comfortable, and I like how they look, but I don't know what to wear with them other than a basic tee.

Technically they are work out pants, but I'd like to dress them up a bit for casual errands or etc., without looking like I'm headed for the gym.

Any suggestions?

I can think of a few things:

1. Asymmetrical hemline tshirt that hits the hip bone. A pretty bright color would be great

2. Tunic or short dress that hits the upper thigh.

3. A high-low casual top that's lower at the back and try to contrast the color with the pants.

I'm posting a few examples. You can pick woven and knit tops that flatter your body...I'm suggesting just the silhouettes here.

This is a variation on the casual tee, but what if you wore an oversized tee that could be tied into a knot at the bottom? I don't remember how to tie those types of knots, but I'm sure there are tutorials somewhere online.
