Need help! Office Xmas Party Tonight

I'm hoping you guys can help me figure out how to style this dress. I thrifted it last winter specifically to wear this holiday season. The dress code for our office party isn't super fancy but I still want to look special.

#1 and #2. This seems a little plain with just the dress, tights and shoes. Is a long silver necklace redundant with the silver dress?
#3. Red shoes and necklace. I'm not sure about this as the necklace has gold hardware and I'm not sure about mixing gold and silver.
#4. Thin belt.
#5. Thick belt.
#6. Nude microfishnet tights

I forgot to take a picture of the jacket but I'm going to wear it with my black moto. It should be plenty warm enough since it's not super cold here (15 degrees above normal for this time of year). I tried it with a black blazer too but didn't really like the look and I forgot to take a picture of it.

I love it as in #3, Sarah. I was gong to post that I'd like to see #3 the nude legwear, but, if you're wearing your moto, the black might balance better. Or.......gray if you have it!

#6 but add the red statement necklace! It is so fab.

(I prefer the look with lighter stockings, but #3 looks pretty amazing too.)

I also prefer the light-coloured hose and the red shoes (so outfit 6 is my best as well), I think a nude micro fishnet could be great too. Perhaps add the cuff bracelet to outfit 6 and maybe a pair of earrings? Have you decided on a bag/clutch yet, that's an extra accessory that will influence the entire look;-)

Excellent point about the clutch! I have three clutches that could potentially work. Personally, I think the silver or black would work best as the red one is too vintagey/retro for this outfit. I'm not a bag person though so maybe I'm totally off-base.

Also, here's a close-up of the dress and necklace. Is it weird to wear gold hardware with a silver necklace? BTW, my fingernails are painted gold right now so maybe that will help it look purposeful.

I am the dissenter. I like it with the black but would add a blingy bracelet and earrings. I prefer the lighter color hose with the red shoes but wonder how it would look with grey tights and red shoes.

The dress looks amazing on you by the way. The fit is fab and it really accentuates what a nice shape you have.

I really like #1 and #6 - I think it just needs some bling - earrings or a bracelet would be great.

I love #6, and agree with Inge that you should add the cuff bracelet to that mix as well. I'm not a bag lady either, so I'm no help there. Usually I just stick my lipstick and keys in my BFs jacket pocket!

I'm with Angie, that will be perfect. With the silver bag. The fringe/tassel detail on the red purse makes it look daytime to me plus it's busier where simple & matching will be perfect here.
