Need help buying a tunic

After much research, I decided to buy a ruffle neck tunic from Modesteve. Should I buy it or ignore it? Want your suggestion

Without seeing the neckline and shoulders, it's hard to be sure, but I'm inclined to say this isn't the one.

Specifically, the volume at the hem looks like it's drowning you. I would go with a slightly longer length and slightly less volume at the hem.

That's just my opinion - volume is certainly a popular trend right now.

What April said. Determine what the best length and width of tunic is best for you. I am easily overwhelmed by tunics that look great on others and have learned to assess each carefully.
It helps that this one is not a print. Tunics can be warmer than other tops, especially if they are knits. I have a knit pale pink one in a sweater knit that is worn only on the coldest days with very plain pants. Even then you see the tunic more than me. Good luck.
