Dawn....San is right in asking for a photo. A lot of times, we see outselves in a different light than the rest of the world. Also seeing yourself in a photo lets you be a little more objective. Everyone obsesses over certain areas of their body and they pay so much attention focusing on that one body part, that they don't see the whole picture. When you catch your reflection in a store window, do your eyes immediately go to your "trouble spot"? When you look in a mirror intentionally, do you find you move your arms infront of your "trouble spot" ? (I do these things and that's why I'm asking).
I don't know if you will find this helpful...but this is something that I find flattering for my figure. I have a baby belly, or a lower "pot belly". It's soft and poochy and I was always self conscious about it. I find that skirts are far more flattering to that area of my body,, because the skirt hangs over the pooch, where as pants will follow the pooch and accentuate it. I think I look thinner in skirts than pants.
But like San said, a photo (preferably, with your arms by your side and in a fairly form fitting outfit) will help us help you!
