Need fashion advice!

How would you style this dress? Its for a wedding this weekend and I will be wearing shapewear. But I am struggling to think of tights/shoes/accessories.

The dress is jersey and has slits in arms:

How dressy is the wedding likely to be? What time of day/night? Will it be warm enough or will you need a cover up?

The wedding isn't likely to be too horribly dressy or casual, just an average amount of both I'd say? Also the ceremony takes place at 3 p.m. and I live in MN so its somewhat chilly!

I'm not horribly concerned about the coat aspect of the day.

I would wear some sheer black patterned tights to give the all-black dress some textural interest. Then, wear a cute heeled bootie or pump in black. My other idea is to wear sheer black hose or even nude hose with a microfishnet pattern or diamond pattern. Then, wear bright red or bright blue or any other colorful pump.

As for bags, try a clutch or small crossbody.

Jewelry -- it depends on how much else is going on with the bags, and shoes. If you have more of a statement bag and colorful shoes, then tone down the necklace. If it's all black, a more blingy necklace would be fun.

Since it's a daytime wedding, I think nude fishnets with a colored shoe and maybe a color block clutch, or vice versa.
A silver or gold cuff and earrings, depending on the shoe and purse.
