All of my NAS packages have arrived so it’s time for a try-on. So far a very good NAS. Would love to hear your thoughts on these items!

#1 -2 - Ted Baker dress. It’s knit and not jersey, which is nice for a change. I don’t have a black dress so I’d be open to this one. Thoughts on K/R?
#3-5- Julia Jordan dress. I sized down and the fit is perfect. It has a vaguely Gunne Sax feel thanks to the buttons and sleeves. I happen to have 70s style sandals to match! Not mesh but polyester - does not stretch. Inclined to keep as it’s different from any other dress I own. Brings back Homecoming dance Gunne Sax memories, lol!
#6- Charles Henry dress. Not knit as Nordstrom describes it. Shiny polyester. Will take a pass on this one.
#7- Cece top and AG jeans. Love both. Cece top is flattering if you like gathered sleeves and high neck! I also ordered it in animal print but have not received it yet. Jeans are lightweight denim and very soft. They replace my old AG Nikki’s in a light wash that finally disintegrated! (The dark wash Nikki’s are still going strong!)
#8-10- A bit torn about this one. I love the color and find it so pretty, but the fit is not great. The jacket is too long in the waist and sleeves but I think sizing down will make it too small to zip comfortably. Sob! Such a bummer :(((
#11 - Vince Camuto blouse in that same rose gold color. Just so-so for me. Inclined to return. Also wearing Sofft slides in my normal size. Too big so ordered a half size down - fingers crossed!
#12 - Beyond Yoga tank and leggings in the prettiest pink/orange and the OluKai flip flops. Already have worn this - love!
#13 - Navy Mephistos. Beautiful sandals that I can wear practically year-round. Worn for a meet-up with YLF Kyle. We figured we’ve known each other at least a decade here on YLF and this was our first in-person meeting. She’s even more fab IRL!

I like everything except #11 the blouse. Can't even put my finger on why, probably the cut isn't my favorite. My favorites are 1-2 the dress! Wow, it looks amazing on you! And I love 7 both the top and jeans. Too bad you don't like 6 because it really looks good on you.

NuanceDream, don’t give up hope! You know how items come back into stock once the return cycle starts. There’s still a good chance it will come back.
CocoLion, that black dress is also comfy thanks to the knit fabric. Maybe I will keep! I agree on the blouse. It’s not quite right on me. And it really is too bad about the fabric on #6, but I just don’t prefer it. Here it is up close.

Dresses in #1-4 LOVE! Fab all around.
Not loving the dress in #6, or the fuzzy TNF jacket in #8-!0, but i have a slight poison eye for that fabrication, but i do like that color on you…
and yes to the Mephistos, which own in black patent, and the Ohana Flip Flops which i own in blue..both are really comfortable and well made.
And YAY for a YLF meet up!

These look great! I agree with your decisions re K/R -- or at least agree on sending back the items you decided to send back; only you can know if keeping anything is worthwhile for you!

Laura- this is a great NAS haul. That black dress is “killer” on you. So interesting to dress up or down. Agree with you and others that 6 is not quite there; it doesn’t matter with all the other looks to enjoy. Great sandals, too.

Great picks! The dresses are slam dunks. The black is so sleek and fit is gorgeous. The patchwork JJ dress was one of the first things that caught my eye. I love it on you--it is reminiscent of Gunne Sax! How that brings back memories. Cece blouse is perfect--love everything about that. I'm not crazy about the fleece jacket of the blush blouse but I love the pink work out/flip flop outfit. SOO cute! How fun that you got to meet up with Kyle!

I love the Ted Baker and Julia Jordan dresses on you! I was hoping a Fabber would model the Julia Jordan for us. Fun to be reminded of Gunne Sax; that brings back some memories for me, too. The color of the dress in #6 is stunning on you, but after seeing the close up of the material, I understand why it’s going back.

@Ana, if it weren’t for Angie’s top picks, I would never have ordered that black dress. But once she picked it, I thought, Angie never misses on a dress! I’m happy I tried it.

I almost didn't recognize you in the first picture with your darker shorter hair - you look fabulous. Very Mad Men in the best way. Love the slides you are wearing with it too. Patchwork dress and CeCe top are both great. Jeans are perfect. Agree that the blush top is only so so but I like the North Face jacket more than you do. The color and texture make up for the less structured fit to my eyes. Great all around!

The black dress and the Mephistos are both "Wow!!" on you. I actually prefer the fit of the top in #11 to the one in #7. Are the shoulders of the Cece top comfortable? (Admittedly, t's so hard to judge shoulder fit on our cell-phone selfies.) I like all the rose gold items, but if you're hesitating about the sleeve and body length of the jacket, probably best to return. You did really well with NAS!!

I love the first two dresses on you! I’ve also been curious to see someone on YLF model the patchwork print dress. The workout ensemble is terrific, and you look great!

I love the black dress! Gorgeous on you and has some nice details. Agree that the jacket doesn't look quite right (that style always fits me like that but I just use for walks so I live with it) and the peach top isn't as good as the other items. And a fun meet up! Love it!

Thanks for the shout-out Laura. We had such a fun morning. Isn’t YLF the best? I can’t stop looking at that Ted Baker dress. Looks like it was made for you and your style, and seems like the kind of dress you will be able to turn to for many different occasions. Many fab items, but you especially shine in your new dresses and super chic hair.

What a great NAS! The dresses all look fab on you, I'm envious b/c the patchwork one just swallowed me up (so for folks looking at it there's at least one heading back to the warehouse... ) And while I know why you don't want to keep the jacket, I lovedthe color combo with the CeCe blouse.

About that VC top - I didn't see it in the NAS but bought one that looks just like it in style (in black) 2 years ago. I actually bought 2, b/c the first was too big, the 2nd ended up being too tight through the shoulders/bust (it looks fine but I can feel it pulling), I kept both for reasons (traveling at the time, needed tops for work,etc.) and while I can make them work with creative tucks, etc. they've never been solid winners for me and should have been returned at the beginning. Bummer you're struggling with it as well b/c it's lovely in theory in that blush/rose gold color.

I really like the dresses on you, especially 3-4. I like that it has a nostalgic appeal to you; it looks like a sophisticated update to that 70s style that I, too, really liked. I agree with your calls overall. On the North Face jacket, personally I could see wearing it in spite of the fit issues, if I loved it anyway. But I've also had athletic gear that I liked the style and color of but didn't quite fit right and bugged me enough not to wear. Then it just becomes a taunt hanging in the closet.

@Shevia, my hair has gotten darker as I get older! Even I myself am shocked

@Kathie, like you I pay attention to shoulder fit because I have small shoulders and anything too big looks sloppy on me. The Cece blouse has the seams in the right place, although it *is* hard to see in the iphone photo.

@Beth0707, agree on those VC tops. As Angie would say ... Next!

@Janet, thank you so much for your kind words. The patchwork print dress is a lot of print but it works beautifully and I've always loved chocolate brown and blue together. Retro 70s for the win!

@RobinF, Yes! The details don't show up well on camera, but the Ted Baker dress does have some pretty gathers on the front.

@PreppyPear, I'm surprised at how well NAS has turned out, now that I live in a warm weather climate. I loved that there were sandals on offer!

@Kyle, seeing you was such a treat! You were just as warm and upbeat as I'd imagined and our time together flew by. Thank you for welcoming this new Arizonan. I can't wait to meet up again soon!

@VintageDream, sorry that patchwork dress didn't work out! It definitely runs big. And I completely understand that urge to keep an item because you need it at the time, but don't love it. It happens to us all!

@Firecracker, you make a great point. The minute I zipped up the jacket I felt deflated, so the happiness factor was just not there, despite the gorgeous color.
