I went back to try this when I brought in my alterations. The quality is stellar and the snaps practically fasten themselves. This is size S, and my SA felt a petite would be too tight in the shoulders. We decided if I was keeping it, I would need to hem to just above the knee, so about 1.5 inches, like the model pic. Otherwise, she felt it was perfect. But she suggested I bring it home and make three outfits from it before deciding, since it's out of my comfort zone.

Being a Fabber, I decided I needed three outfit FORMULAS. Here's the first and easiest - skinnies and long tee. Spanx faux leather leggings, graphic tee. Length aside, does this work as an outfit, and how does the fit look? The color is a green-skewed teal, which will mix in well with my other colors, although it's not something I'm used to wearing.

If it works, it fulfills my quest for a HEWI long blazer in a color. But I want it to be perfect so it's not orphaned.

Honest feedback welcome!
