I have to admit that I love a blouse with a dramatic sleeve! I don’t wear them very frequently because I’m usually cold and want a topper, but I really loved this one and decided to give it a shot. Worn to work today with Banana Republic Sloans and Paul Green heels. Luckily the temp in my office cooperated and I wasn’t freezing!
