I ended up placing 2 orders, which I finally had time to properly try on.
No OMG this is what My closets been missing, but a maybe a couple of keepers.
1st up the jeans
The COH emersons- wow these ran big...like really big. Ordered my normal size- becuase i ordered them before Angie added her review Anyway, I could pull they off without unbutton or unzipping them. Not sure they are worth trying smaller size.
the Frame zipped crops. Love these, but fear they are too long. I've tucked the hem up to below the zipper, do you think that works? Or am I trying to force something?
2nd the toppers
James Perse - I own the shorter one from 2 years ago. love the fabric, Not sure about the cut. What do you think?
UGG cardi. Fun. Like that it hits just above the knee, color is a nice deep burgundy. It's a mid weight cotton, need to decide if I'll get much use.
3rd the shoes
Love them both, although I need to try the Paul Green loafers in a smaller size. But as I can only keep one, I'd love to know your thoughts.
Loafers or oxfords

The cardigan looks great on you. Not sure about the jacket, since it's hard to see the details. Looks like a good basic, but nothing particularly special. I'll vote for the PG loafers!

I think you could crop the zip jeans.

I like the jeans, but I'm not the best judge of cropped styles -- perhaps tailoring them to be a little shorter would be good.

The jacket looks maybe a little long/big on you? Even though the cardigan is longer, somehow I'm liking it better for you.

Love the cardigan and the loafers! Wish that cardi came in petite. I think you could hem the jeans but that changes the vibe of them. To me, the new-ness is the slit below the zipper, without it they don't seem very unusual, if that is what you're going for.

Somehow the proportion of the jacket does not seem just right, but it might make sense to style as you might wear -- this is a very high contrast pair of pants now and that might affect things. The cardi seems good from what I can tell.

If you had to alter the zipper jeans that would cost quite a lot, no? Only you can say if it would be worth it....

Love the Emersons if they fit.

The loafers and the oxfords both look good -- I would go with comfort!

The Coh Emersons run a size or two big. I sized down one size. Very comfy.

Try the zipped skinnies with shoes - and lets assess that way.

Pass on the jacket. Pockets look too low.

loafers for the win.....unfortunately currently showing not in stock in the smaller size...will stalk and try to find them....this size is just a smidge to large.

if the Emerson's are available at my local store this weekend, i'll give then a try 1 size down....and will give the Frame pair another try on with footwear ....I was really being lazy this morning.

Angie...the UGG cardi is what I would call a mid weight --not really middle of the winter warm, unless you run hot (which I don't), but probably perfect for September - November & the again in March/April. I would say it ran TTS. this is the XS which is my usual sweater/knitwear sizes.

and the James Perse goes back!

I think they are holding back stuff because I had an interesting thing happen yesterday: my big box with two leather jackets, a furry coat and a metallic skirt was supposed to have the expandable Longchamp bag. I turned everything upside down, looking for it. It wasn't in the box, but was on the packing slip. I looked online, but it was totally sold out. So when I called about this, the SA said no problem, she found one! Hurray! And she's expedited it, too. Nordstrom's customer service really is great. Anyway, I think the Longchamp bags may come back into stock on Friday. That's my take on it, anyway. Fingers crossed for your loafers.

I love those white jeans you're wearing.
I agree with others about the jacket--it looked a little off to me. I could see it with dressy pants, maybe, but it's fleece, right? But if the pockets are too low, it is a moot question.
I like the cardi on you. I would pick loafers for you, too, because you are a loafer gal, aren't you? The oxfords would work, too, if the next size in the loafers isn't quite right, either.
I think you should try to COH jeans in a size smaller. I have them (not from NAS) and they are among my favorite jeans. I reach for them 80% of the time after work.

I like the jeans with the zipper and don't think they are too long. Like others, found the jacket meh. I prefer the cardigan but maybe find it a bit long? I also prefer the loafers, the Oxfords look too chunky/heavy.
