Trying on the two recent NAS arrivals together.
The Paige blouse is polyester but has a nice feel for the fabrication. I like the idea of a slightly romantic black top like this. I think the sleeves would look cool peeking out from the sleeves of a tough jacket. They scrunch easily if I need to push them out of the way. I don’t love where the hemline hits my hips straight across but might consider having the hem altered to a curved style if I keep it. I could also try a semi-tuck. I’m not typically a tucker but these jeans are a mid rise so I think they can work with a tucked top if I style it right.
The 7FAM Dojo jeans are almost identical to the style I got a couple of years ago, but in a lighter wash. They’re a bit stretchier than the old ones, and a little longer — I would need maybe 1/2” to 1” hemmed, but would have the tailor preserve that cuff detail because I really like it. I’m inclined to keep these.
