NAS Trouve cropped blazer vs. last year Hinge jacket

For those of you who bought (or tried on) cropped Trouve jacket and also has Hinge chanel jacket from last year NAS (Beth and SarahTX come to mind...): I have a question:
what is the sizing on Trouve jacket comparing to Hinge. I would like to order it but I am not sure about the sizing. I have size M in Hinge jacket and sleeves are very fitted for me - not uncomfortable but I cannot go any tighter. Also the length on the back is the shortest I can go with. How does Trouve compare with it: the same sizing, smaller, bigger? The same length on the back, longer, shorter?

Sveta, I think you might need to size up, too. Both My Hinge jacket and Trouve jacket are size Small, but the Hinge is shorter and definitely boxier than the Trouve, which is fitted.

OK, I ran upstairs to measure, and the back length of the Hinge is 18" while the Trouve is 19.5" in the Small. I can do more measurement comparisons if you like~

Thanks, Beth, so Trouve length is similar to Hinge- good to know. I think I would go with L: Hinge was as small as I can go.
If it is not a bother can you compare sleeve width for me?:-)

Sure!

Hinge is 6" and Trouve is 6.25" measured flat at the middle of the sleeve. The Hinge material has a bit of a stretch to the weave while the Trouve has no perceptible stretch.

I have last year's Hinge jacket in S, and tried desperately to get this year's Trouve to fit, but the upper arms are just too tight in S, and the body just too big in M

I think that little bit of stretch in the the red tweed helped it work out for me.

I had to concede defeat. . .

Is it unreasonable to order both and return one, or are you hoping for no returns?
