NAS shipping delays

Anyone experience long shipping delays? My size of the gilet is in stock and was ordered Aug. 1, but is still processing and hasn't shipped (I checked).

They sent an email to me about delays. Not for sale items but other items delayed because there is so much business because of the sale.

Yes, I ordered one sweater in two different sizes - they split the order - and I received one in about three days and the other took a week and a half!

Shipping was really mixed for me. Items I ordered from Canada arrived promptly on the whole (except for the turtleneck) although some came from mysterious places and in very banged up boxes.

The US stuff took ages to process before they sent it out.

i seem to be in the minority, i've ordered a lot, both from home and from the local store, and everything seemed to ship even faster than normal. i do think it depends on where you are and where the stuff is coming from.

I had one order take two weeks, and that was early in the sale. Items ordered later came in way earlier. Concerned, I contacted customer service. They checked and assured me all was well. No misplaced order, etc.. They apologized and said I would receive my items, even those shown as sold out online, no later than a certain date. And I did. Usually things arrive quickly, so I was surprised, but can see it happening for this event.

Very slow! In the case of the Halogen cropped flares I received notice of shipping but no tracking. After a week of waiting I finally did an online chat to see if they could find the pants in the shipping process. The nice associate couldn't find anything, assumed they were lost, and credited my account. They never did show up but I've reordered in a larger size so I'm hoping those show!
