I was asked on my original thread what the NAS Le Pliage tote looked like expanded. (Don't be worried that it's out of stock now - it's definitely going to pop back before the sale ends)

1) Folded up and next to my wallet for scale.
2) Filled and unexpanded.
3) Filled and expanded.
4) Expanded and next to my Tom Bihn knitting bag
5) Expanded and next to my $1.50 shopping tote which is going to disintegrate in another six months.
I carried the Longchamp bag around my home for a bit on my shoulder and I can live with the strap length.
Unexpanded, I can tuck the bag under my arm and hold it along the side of my body.
Expanded, the strap + bag length is such that the bottom of the bag falls below my hip, so I have to carry it such that the weight is partially on my back.
I don't like continually replacing totes and this bag is far more fashionable/versatile so I'm going to keep it in black. I'm a sucker for folding + durability + expandability.
