NAS preview online ...

Heads up, NAS shoppers! Nordstrom is going to preview the sale online this year for the first time. Word from the clerks at our local store is that everything will be on the website in about 10 days.

The good news is that being able to preview the merchandise online should make the (sometimes long) process of being behind those mysterious black curtains a lot faster.

Is it just me, or does the fall fashion frenzy start earlier every year? Of course, who am I judging? I'm one of the guilty ones!

WOW...fall already! I feel like I am still just contemplating my HYS purchases, now on to Fall! But, being able to see what is available should help us to figure out what we really want and set aside the money for it!

Too funny!! Maybe because our summers are so short, I am happy to skip ahead to fall clothes when summer's just beginning. It's those crazy retail cycles. Angie had a good post about it ages ago, but it seems nothing has changed, and maybe it's become even more extreme.

That's great news! I also have a feeling that everything is moving even faster this year. I still need a couple of summer items, here we ar bound to have at least 4 more months of warm weather.

I'm ready for Autumn shopping too, Laura! I've heard the same thing about the online preview. Personally, I'm already champing at the bit to see what's behind those black curtains.

NAS is on 16th July. Pre-selection starts on the 5th. This is no earlier than usual. Time flies!

Warning: the catologue is not usually all that fabulous. They only get a small portion of what is on offer into the catologue, so don't let that put you off if nothing is to your liking. Also, the selection online is not complete. Bottom line, if you are serious about the sale, you have to get to a store.

Interesting tidbit, Laura! To be honest, I don't like ordering online from Nordstroms as much as I like shopping in the store, but I know our local store doesn't have as good a selection online. I would much rather touch and see their stuff. (Which is crazy, because I order online from Target and Old Navy, and I know their quality is not good. Maybe I just like kidding myself with those stores.)
